*DISCLAIMER* -We ask for a minimum of 2 business days for processing. -Once processed (2 business days), your order is shipped (up to 3 business days to get to you for shipping) -Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or FEDEX, Monday through Friday. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information. *Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping method of choice.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

REPLACEMENT ITEMS - If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within seven days, and I will ship a replacement item to you. Sending photos of a damaged item/package helps me improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated.                                                                                                                             

RETURNS - All sales are final unless an error occurred on the behalf of Kayla X Kamil - No returns or discounts will be provided for final sales. - Due to the nature of Kayla X Kamil products, we are unable to accept returned products.

Kayla X Kamil does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. -Please keep in mind, we are a small business.
